The various buildings house two semi-detached dwellings in a 17th-century building. Their foundations are dug into the rock, housing troglodyte cavities and basins. The building's three facades feature ashlar quoins and ashlar surrounds, which in places are adorned with bracketed lintels forming a noteworthy historical and architectural trace to be preserved. The latter are the result of the dismantling of a former château in the lower part of the village. The project involves renovating the dwelling to make it habitable. The renovations will focus on a number of areas: Installation of an interior thermal envelope, to leave the character and architecture of the facade visible. Restoration of the lime-and-earth renderings on the cornerstones and surrounds. Opening up the blind facade to the north with a bay window, turning on the corners of the west and east facades. Raising the level of the eaves purlin on the north facade by 2m. The cellar on the first floor of the garden will house the technical rooms. The first floor will be used as sleeping quarters, and the first floor as a day room. Finally, a wooden deck will be added to the first floor, covering two-thirds of the north-facing façade, to provide access to the garden.
