Creation of a dwelling for a family owning a creperie. The initial idea of the project was to be able to make a young couple and their children live on the place of their work. Namely a creperie on the ski slopes that was previously located in a small cabin on the edge of the slope. This activity mixed with housing allowed us to build this chalet directly on the edge of a slope of the Portes du Soleil. On the first floor is the crêperie with a take-away crêpe bar, but also a closed room, with a warm atmosphere because it is heated by a wood fire. With an optimal sun exposure, a large terrace completes this idyllic winter picture... Above this activity develops the family lodging, compact but cosy, with a living room opened on a large mezzanine, the whole in the purest style of the chalets of station. Attention, access with ski is mandatory in winter and with donkey in summer!
